Asus touch screen Eee PC

As reported by DigiTimes Asustek is working on a touch screen equipped Eee PC. The netbook will take advantage of the upcoming Windows 7 multi-touch capabilities. It seems that the touch panels will be supplied by AU Optronics (AUO) and Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO). The new netbook will start appearing during the first or the second quarter of the next year.
